Determine if:
- There are sufficient signs and symptoms to support the diagnosis of a bonafide mental disorder.
- Individual's symptoms and behaviors are caused by a life-long, pre-existing personality disorder.
- Individual's symptoms and behaviors are caused by a pre-existing mental disorder.
- Individual's anxiety and depression are transient side effects of medication.
- Individual's psychological symptoms are caused by a physical condition that is not related to the cause of action.
- Individual's symptoms and behaviors are the result of factitious or malingering behavior.
